Our Fisheries

We go where the fish are to bring you the freshest catch, which is why we have production facilities at Port Edward on BC’s North Coast, Haida Gwaii, Port Hardy Northern Vancouver Island, and up and down the coast as well as Vancouver.

By working in close collaboration with the fishermen, we know exactly the species of each fish, prawn and shrimp, its grade, its catch method and location, right down to the name of the boat. Our internal system of traceability ensures that from sea to table, your product has been produced to the highest standards.
