Halibut

Aero Trading’s premium Pacific halibut is harvested within the coastal waters of British Columbia using hook and longline gear. Our halibut is bled, dressed and layer-iced immediately upon landing aboard our commercial vessels and delivered to our processing facilities within a few days of capture, ready for market.

We offer many product options to suit your halibut needs such as fresh, frozen at sea, land-frozen and all sizes of whole fish as well as various processed fillet choices.
