Our Story

An active fleet of commercial fishing vessels work the Inside Passage and North Coast of British Columbia, and the cold waters of the North Pacific to supply us with the best in wild fish and seafood. In the Pacific North Coast region and down through Vancouver Island, people have been fishing for salmon, halibut, rockfish,  sablefish and more as long as there have been boats and lines. The work is both difficult and rewarding, and it has built a strong fishing culture in communities perched on the water’s edge.
